<p>The proposal was made at the meeting in New York between the Foreign Ministers of Pakistan and India in the UN General Assembly.</p>
<p>Peace talks between the two countries began in 2004, but have been frozen for about a year ago, after New Delhi blamed Pakistani militants from the group Lashkar-e-Toiba &#8220;in the bombing in Mumbai in November last year.</p>

<p>As it was reported earlier that the attack may have committed a suicide bomber parked car packed with explosives at the five-star hotel.
